Michael Starr Boggs

Michael Starr Boggs, 61, of Amarillo died February 19, 2020.

Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Fairview Assembly of God, 3706 SE 10th Ave. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home.

Michael was born March 5, 1958 in Los Angeles, CA to Theodore and Amy Boggs. He graduated from Tascosa High School. Michael enjoyed fishing and camping. He always had good stories to tell and he loved to help people every chance he had. Michael was a free spirit and had an uncanny bond with his grandson Noah.

He is preceded in death by his parents Theodore F. Boggs and Amy Mae Boggs; and sister, Claudette Willis.

Michael is survived by wife Ginny Boggs; daughter Tiffany; 2 stepchildren; siblings Teddy Jennings and husband Rick, Viva Adams, Sammy Boyles and wife Lesie and Freddy Boggs, Dakota; 5 grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family suggests memorials be made to BSA Hospice of the Southwest.
