Maria Louisa (Juarez) De La Cruz

Maria Louisa De La Cruz, 45, of Amarillo passed away on February 1, 2022.

The family will receive guests from 5pm to 7pm on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in the funeral home’s Chapel of Angels at 10am. Interment will follow in Llano Cemetery’s Garden of Precious Memories.

Maria loved spending time with grandchildren and made everyone feel welcomed. She loved coloring and solving crossword puzzles with babies. She had a heart for kids. She loved dancing. Also if you needed help or a place to stay Maria was your girl. She loved to help anyone in need.

If ever there’s a tomorrow when we’re not together, there is something you should always remember. You are braver than you believe stronger than you seem and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart, I’ll always be with you. Love you mom. Rest easy gone but will never be forgotten. Fly high mom Maria.

Maria is preceeded in death by her father Julian Juarez, her mother Blanca Estelle Castillo, Mother in law Rose Vasquez niece Anxlya Celeste Rodriguez. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Robert Delacruz, Daughters Davette and Xavier Arjona, Mona Delacruz & John mark, Bianca Delacruz & Bryar; Sisters Yvette Castillo & Robert, Lynette Castillo & Joe, and her Brother Julian Castillo Juarez Jr as well as her 11 grandchildren & numerous nieces and nephews.
