Barbara (Ferguson) Neuhauser

Barbara (Ferguson) Neuhauser, 69, of Amarillo passed into the glory of Heaven on Thursday, December 16, 2021.

A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 10am at Trinity Fellowship Hollywood Campus, 5000 Hollywood in Amarillo. Arrangements are in the care of Angel Funeral Home of Amarillo.

Barbara was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on March 04, 1952 to Lloyd and Lucy (Smith) Ferguson.

Barbara loved working along side her sister Letha in the beauty shop, but in every since of the term, she was a home maker and caregiver. She loved deeply, and cared for everyone; especially her family. Barbara absolutely loved making sure any and everyone around her had what they needed even if it meant she went without.

When Barbara wasn’t spoiling her grandkids, she loved spending time with “her people” at the beauty shop. One of Barbara’s favorite pass times was cooking anything she could think of for her friends and family. She was the absolute best cook

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, husband Don Neuhauser, sister Letha Storrs, and brother Alfred Ferguson.

Those left to cherish her memories are her brothers Larry Ferguson and wife Barbara and Kenneth Ferguson and wife Kathy, daughter Misty Neuhauser, bonus daughter Stacey Forbes, sons Rick Hubbard and wife Laura, Ron Hubbard and wife Tamara, and Mike Neuhauser and wife Jessica. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Haley Morrow and husband Joe, Whitney Brown and husband Connor, Michael Harless, and Grace and Abby Neuhauser; as well as her great grandchildren Alice and Levi. Barbara was blessed to have many nieces and nephews left to cherish their beloved Aunt B, including Chris Storrs.
